Befriending ourselves—even those parts that are hard to be friends with—opens a very extraordinary door to greater ease and peace into our lives. In this sequel to How To Be Kind To Yourself, we’ll refresh our practice in self-kindness and, with the help of neuroscience, take it to the next level.
Week 1: More about Noticing—Sharing stories, asking questions, and practice translating the different voices of our inner speaker
Week 2: Taking in the Good—Increasing emotional resiliency through new practices for balance, ease, and positivity
Week 3: More Exploration of Taking in the Good
Week 4: How to Befriend Worry and Anxiety
