For anyone who wants to learn and practice the basics, as well as for those who want to re-charge their NVC consciousness. Join Bryn Hazell for a fun and interactive series of classes that raise awareness of unhelpful communication habits and teaches skills to transform them into clear and connecting communication. It can change your way of viewing the world and create more connection in all aspects of your life.

Participants are asked to obtain the book "Nonviolent Communication, A Language of Life" by Dr. Marshall Rosenberg. Books may be purchased through Bryn at the Center for $12.
