Practice! Practice! Practice! To make our NVC skills more accessible in our lives, it helps to practice. Bryn is offering a 3-week class Monday evenings at 6 p.m. when participants will practice having those difficult conversations. Participants will be invited to prepare and roleplay more connecting and needs-meeting conversations.

Cost: Donations appreciated. Suggested donation $30.
