Join Bryn Hazell for an introduction and overview of the basics of Compassionate Communication. Bryn will explain foundational concepts and present four steps that can be applied to enhance your life and relationships. Compassionate Communication provides skills to help you speak more clearly, listen more effectively, and build relationships based on trust and understanding. Participants will have the opportunity to practice these skills in small interactive sessions.
